When can I access reconciliation reports?

When you need to reconcile a payout, the reconciliation reports become available as soon as we make the payout.

What happens if a patron's email is incorrect?

If a patron enters an incorrect email, our system will list them as 'Bounced' in your report and automatically unsubscribe them (to reduce the risk of being blocked entirely). You can then contact that patron through other means (such as their saved phone number) → correct the email → and resubscribe them.

Is my data secure?

Yes! For Ludus to be PCI compliant for payment processing, we also have to be compliant from a security standpoint for patron data handling and storage.

Are there additional fees involved with Reporting?

Nope! Reporting is 100% free and does not require any add-ons or upgrades to use.

Can I export data to QuickBooks?

We design and format the transaction logs in our deposit reconciliation reports for easy import into Quickbooks. Simply export the report via CSV and import it into Quickbooks.
