Nope! Ludus is contract-free with no setup fees. You can start whenever you're ready—and leave if you ever need to (though most don’t).
Our thought is we'd rather keep customers because they love our product and service, not because they're locked into a contract.
5% + $0.75/ticket when a patron pays using a card. This fee includes credit card processing costs, so there are no additional payment processing fees deducted.
For example, on a $10 ticket, the patrons pays $11.25, Ludus takes the $1.25 to cover card processing and you receive the full $10. (You can also choose to absorb the fees instead of passing onto your patron.)
