Each patron profile includes full history: ticket purchases, donations, class registrations, volunteer signups, email activity, access codes used, notes, and tags. Everything is tied to their profile for easy reference.
Profiles are automatically created when someone buys a ticket, donates, registers, or volunteers through Ludus. You can also import contacts or add profiles manually.
