The Patron CRM is your built-in database of every person who interacts with your organization—whether they’ve bought tickets, made a donation, registered for a class, or volunteered. It’s fully integrated into your Ludus account, so there’s no need for a separate system.

Each patron profile includes full history: ticket purchases, donations, class registrations, volunteer signups, email activity, access codes used, notes, and tags. Everything is tied to their profile for easy reference.

Profiles are automatically created when someone buys a ticket, donates, registers, or volunteers through Ludus. You can also import contacts or add profiles manually.

Yes. You can add internal notes and custom tags to any profile—ideal for tracking board members, major donors, VIPs, or volunteers. Tags are searchable and great for email targeting or segmentation.

Absolutely. Search by name, email, phone number, or use filters based on activity, tags, donation history, or class registration.
