The Classes feature is used to manage registrations for workshops, camps, clinics, auditions, intensives, after-school programs, and other class-based events. It’s designed to help you track attendees, collect payments, and gather student information all in one place.
Classes is a premium add-on to your Ludus account. A $0.05 fee is added to the Ludus convenience fee, making the full fee 5% plus $0.80 per class registration when paid by card. For example, on a $10 class, the fee is $1.30. The patron pays $11.30, Ludus takes the fee, and your group receives the full $10. There are no setup fees, annual costs, or hidden charges. (You can also choose to absorb the fee.).
Yes. Each class can include multiple fee types, such as youth and adult registration levels. You can also attach different forms to each fee if you need to collect different details for different groups.
Yes. You can use Triggers to automatically open or close registrations based on date and time. This can be done for an entire class, a specific class time, or a specific fee type.
Yes. Each class fee can include a custom form to collect any student information you need, such as age, grade, emergency contacts, shirt size, or waiver agreements.
Yes. Parents can register on behalf of their student and manage student information later through the My Account tab. Multiple students can be linked to a single parent account.
No. If a student is under 18, Ludus connects their registration to their parent or guardian’s email. You can collect a student email if needed, but it is not required.
Yes. You can manually enter offline payments or comp registrations through your Ludus admin panel. These will still show in your registration reports.
Yes. Ludus is built to support high volumes of simultaneous class signups without slowing down. Our system can scale server capacity instantly when needed.
You can receive your funds via direct deposit (daily, weekly, or monthly) or by paper check (sent at the end of your event). You choose the payout method that works best for you.
No. There are no account minimums, limits, or caps on how many classes or registration fees you can set up.
