Marketing is an optional add-on to your Ludus account. We add $0.05 to the Ludus convenience fee, which you can pass on to patrons or absorb.
That makes the full fee 5% plus $0.80 per ticket when paid by card. For example, on a $10 ticket, the fee is $1.30. Your patron pays $11.30, we take the $1.30 to cover processing, and you receive the full $10.
There are no fees on cash, comp, or $0 tickets, and no additional setup costs or hidden charges. (You can also choose to absorb the fee instead.)
Yes. Every account includes one free Marketing blast and one free custom Audience, so you can try things out before upgrading.
