Here are some ways we’ve seen our customers use Collections: Member Dues, Booster Dues, Thespian Dues, Field Trip Registrations, Ads and Sponsorships, Venue Rentals, T-Shirt Sales, Plant Sales, Costume Deposits, Instrument Rentals, and Program Ads.
Collections use the same simple fee structure as ticketing: 5% plus $0.75 per item. For any item priced at $3.00 or less, the fee is a flat $0.50. You can choose to absorb the fee or pass it to the purchaser during checkout. There are no extra fees for cash or check payments.
You can accept credit or debit cards, checks, or cash for Collections. Card payments are processed through Ludus. Offline payments can be recorded manually in your dashboard.
Yes. Every Collection can include a custom form for collecting info like sizes, dates, student names, or contact details. You can also allow file uploads directly in the form.
Yes. You can add payment due dates and limit the number of times an item can be purchased. These controls are optional and can be customized for each item.
Yes. You can view every payment, export Collection data, issue refunds, and track who has or hasn’t paid for each item
Nope. There are no limits to how many Collections you can have open or how many items you include in each one.
You can receive your funds by paper check at the end of your Collection or by direct deposit sent daily, weekly, or monthly. There are no holds or delays in receiving your money.
Nope. All reporting is updated in real-time and can be exported anytime.
